weee.....the weekend was a spree but hectic one......went training for saturday.....and sunday session was kind of tough one.....i mean more to the arak side....kesian eh krg kene training kat rooftop with the uneven cncrete.....panas lak tu....ish....i think im feeling the pain in the leg as wad eu guys felt.......tak lama lagi ako nye turn......lol.....well.....new friends are made....hi to omar....bear....khalid...dahnial....ain...baby.......lol.......hmmmm.....k enuf of training

went back to aunt ju's place...coz me and sis will be companying her for her medical appointment at National Cancer Centre.......

just ric home......im full of maggi gorenr berperisa tom yam.....lol.....mak ku mengada nanak makan...in the end makan juge....tk pe janji abiz.....lol.....k la.......till den....i wanna sleep....nantok...byeeeee.....
